1. Introduction and Acceptance

10. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

bjbaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or irregular activity.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant, and an inactivity administration fee may be applied as detailed in the cashier section.
• Business decision by bjbaji to withdraw services from a specific market or user segment.

Upon account closure for cause, bjbaji reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting bjbaji's support team. Account closure requests submitted via email will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
